Consultation with the manager -> She first asked what I was worried about regarding my nose, and carefully wrote down everything I said on my chart~ As for the surgery method, she did not directly explain which approach would be better, only the basics. Lastly, she asked about any usual discomfort with my nose (on the back of the chart -> whether I feel a stinging sensation in the nose / whether my nose is often blocked / whether breathing is easy / whether I have allergies, etc., checked on a 1 to 5 scale, and there is also a box for checking a deviated septum). I asked to see similar cases (before-and-after photos), and they said there are many clients who had the same surgery method and the satisfaction rate is very high, but there are no photos yet. That made my trust drop... I need to see the effect with my own eyes....
Consultation with the director -> The coordinator cleaned all the tools needed for the nose consultation (cotton swabs, tweezers, etc.), as well as the desk and monitor, with alcohol wipes. (My impression improved at that point.) The director looked young and, after reading my chart, said I didn't need implants or osteotomy unless truly necessary, which I liked. He opened the surgery-room photos on the monitor right away (front and side views) and explained by drawing how the nose line would look after surgery. I said I wanted a half-curved line, but he is the kind of person who says no when something cannot be done, so he said a half-curved line would show too much of the nostrils and would not work. He marked the necessary procedures clearly and repeated the points several times before leaving.
