Customer care is not good. Honestly, I’m not even sure whether the directors are good at surgery. I paid a lot of money for the operation, but the result didn’t turn out as requested. They say to observe the progress, but on the days I want, it’s hard to see the director’s face, and there are set days when only the chief director can be seen;; office workers can only go on weekends, but I have to take leave to go. Also, the manager seems busy taking care only of clients who come for consultation before surgery, as if clients who already had surgery are not even customers anymore. If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t have done it here..
