I consulted with [Doctor A]. I had heard online that they were a bit blunt, so I went in a little intimidated, but instead they said that the eye correction surgery I had been told to get at another hospital was not necessarily needed. They also said they would match the line as closely as possible to the line I wanted, so I left after a very good consultation. The consultation flow was coordinator > doctor > coordinator, and the waiting times in between were a bit long,, there were a lot of people... I was a bit uneasy because of the pandemic. There were a lot of people, but not many chairs...... Also, unlike at the other hospital I visited, they took photos before the consultation and explained things while showing them during the consultation. I liked that too.
