Maybe because it's a large hospital, I heard a lot of Chinese the moment I walked in. The staff member who was consulting me, or maybe I should say the manager, seemed to get irritated in between answering my questions about the line. I figured maybe she was having a hard time because it's a big hospital. Patients who seem unlikely to go through with surgery felt like they were being treated rather roughly. On the other hand, the director was kind and did a good job. Of all the hospitals I've visited, they explained my eye structure and the necessary surgery well enough to rank near the top. I won't be getting surgery here because of the staff, but a consultation with the director would be worth going to at least once
