I visited after work and got a consultation near closing time, but most people were kind. Actually, aside from the consultation, everything moved along pretty quickly, so I didn't even have time to feel they were being rude. Before meeting the director, they took photos first... and my flaws were exposed so blatantly that it was embarrassing haha. Still, I liked the feeling that they were looking at things accurately. I said I wanted to correct my uneven eyes while keeping the existing line, and they firmly and clearly told me that I wouldn't get the look I wanted. That made me feel like they truly value each patient. (What they meant was that my current line is really a crease, so if I had surgery, it wouldn't be able to keep the current feel.) Then they gradually raised the line from 1 to 4 and showed me which ranges could be done without incision and which would require incision. In the end, I was persuaded by the director? So I don't think I'll get double eyelid surgery... but if someone around me says they're getting it, I think I'd recommend this place! They seemed ethical and aware that one surgery can change a person's life.
