I had a non-incisional in-line procedure. I wanted to make my double eyelids thin and subtle, so I went for it, and from the consultation onward they were extremely kind, never pushed anything, and gave professional advice. The only downside is that because they don't push anything, you need to go in having done your own research and be ready to ask lots of questions... It's been about 5 years since the surgery, and there are no side effects or loosening. It's become the thin in-fold I wanted, so I'm very happy. I even recommended it to a friend, and it was a success.
