Looks like incisional double-eyelid surgery + upper epicanthoplasty. I also had a nose consultation, and they absolutely do not recommend anything unnecessary. At another hospital, for my first surgery they said I should use autologous costal cartilage, but the doctor here said that for someone this young and for a first surgery, using autologous costal cartilage would be truly wrong. He said autologous costal cartilage is used when there is no material left at all. Cosmetic surgery is supposed to make only slight corrections to the problematic parts of your original face, not make everybody have big eyes and a pointy nose. He also said my face has many good points already. I went on a weekday, so there were not many people. I am torn between this place and a specialized eye hospital, but because they seem to understand my needs and shape the line well, I am considering doing it here. The one thing that concerns me is the upper epicanthoplasty, because the other hospital did not even bring it up.. Anyway, there is no pressure, and they give you all the costs in writing so you can take them home. Other hospitals would not even let me take photos, but here they are just open!
