The waiting room was so crowded it felt like a market. For some reason I thought the wait would be long, but I was able to get the consultation surprisingly quickly, and it was unusual that the consultation manager was a man. The consultation with the director was satisfying, and I liked the line as well. He drew the line several times for me, and when I was undecided, he explained that I needed to choose the surgical method first rather than the line. After the director consultation, in the part where the staff consultation followed, they rushed through the cost discussion and seemed busy, so they ended things quickly and I could not ask the other questions I had. Overall the staff did not feel particularly friendly or energetic. The consultation with the director was satisfying.
