I went in thinking I definitely needed an incision, but I was surprised when they said I could do it with natural adhesion instead of an incision. They also told me that what I thought was ptosis was actually just a false impression, so I didn't need ptosis correction. They said the fullness in my upper eyelids could be addressed with a brow lift, which felt a little off, but it still seemed like they were making honest recommendations.
