1mm is said to be famous for eyes, but I got my nose done here. I had consultations at about 3 other hospitals, and they all recommended 2 to 3.5 mm silicone for the bridge and lowering the columella, but this was the only place that said 2.5 mm for the bridge was enough and that the tip also felt fine as it was now. They said if I added tip work too, I might lose the image I already have, and that the tip is one of those areas that is hard to be satisfied with after doing it once, so I should think carefully. That gave me trust in them. On the day of the surgery booking, I was sick with a high fever, but I wanted the surgery so badly that I just went in anyway. The doctor convinced me that we should absolutely do it when my physical condition was good, so I came back another day. On the surgery day there was a delay and I had to wait 5 hours, which was a bit annoying, but I am satisfied with the result. It looks so natural that everyone says they could not tell.
