**For reference, my eyes are eyes that had double eyelid surgery a long time ago with a partial incision. My eyelids are thin, but because the line is shallow, I have eyes with a double crease. Because of that issue, when I was thinking about reoperation for my eyes 2 to 3 years ago, a close acquaintance had it done with buried sutures, and acquaintances of that acquaintance were also satisfied, so I went there. I understand that the director had been at a large hospital and then opened a private clinic after eye surgery patients became concentrated there. It was a clinic that only does eyes, so I felt reassured. I brought a photo of the line I wanted: inner on the front, outer on the back. But they told me that because I do not have an epicanthic fold, an inner line at the front was not possible. They said one side being slightly corrected with front canthoplasty would fix my asymmetry, but since it was okay as it was, they did not recommend it, so I did not do it. I also wanted posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, but they firmly told me there was nowhere else to open, so oddly I did not feel disappointed. They immediately knew which muscle in my forehead I use to open my eyes in daily life, and explained how I should open them from now on so the line would settle properly. They told me that because my eyelids are thin, only full incision would solve the stress of looking sunken. And they calmly said that since my eyelids are quite thin and aging will progress, I might need it again in 10 years lol. That part matched my own thoughts, so I felt like I should make the reservation right away. The consultation felt quite long, and at the end they still asked if there was anything else I wanted to know. What stayed with me was that for so long lol it was the first time I had a conversation with someone while only our eye area was fixed in place. And I cried so much during surgery T_T But this was not under my control T_T It just kept dropping, drop by drop, like tears from feeling sad about something T_T Anyway, rambling, I talked without any order, but right now I am satisfied with my eyes... Even though it was full incision, there is no scar on my eyes. And I have an in-out line, but when I open my eyes, I am the kind of person with almost no fat on the eyelid, so it looks almost like an inner line! Anyway, compared with the first surgery, I am 200% satisfied. These days, getting a consultation appointment seems to have become extremely difficult lol
