I had double eyelid surgery and lateral + lower canthoplasty together at Shiseon 1 year and 8 months ago. It was my third double eyelid surgery, so I decided after a lot of deliberation. In the end, I had it done 1 year and 8 months ago, and then a year later I received aftercare for the left-eye double eyelid line and the right-eye lower canthoplasty. The double eyelid line seems to have turned out the way I said it would, so I'm just living with it for now. The right-eye lower canthoplasty had clearly loosened a lot compared to the left eye, so I got aftercare, but after that the right-eye lower canthoplasty became overcorrected, so the eye looks bent, and the skin under the eye has folded inward a bit, and the eyelashes are sticking upward. The left-eye lower canthoplasty has also risen a lot compared to before, but I have a very slight white three-cornered eye appearance. Since the outer corner sits lower than the line from the inner corner, it looks gloomy, and above all, smiling feels so unnatural.. But I guess that's a side effect of lower canthoplasty, so there may be nothing I can do. The part I dislike most is the bent part of the lower canthoplasty, and I'm wondering whether I should go back to the clinic to reverse the lower canthoplasty or what I should do.. Oh, and before surgery, I asked the director whether the area that covers over my right-eye double eyelid line could also be improved. Before surgery, they said it was possible, but when I asked during aftercare after surgery, they said there was nothing they could do because of my eye fat or bone structure.. so I couldn't get aftercare for the right-eye double eyelid
