I went there when Director Wonil Yoo was at With U and had revision nose surgery there in 2013. My first surgery had ended up way too high, so I looked for a hospital that focused on making things really natural, and two people around me had their noses done there and they looked natural, so I visited~ The consultation with the director and the manager was kind, and more than anything, the director did not raise any unnecessary expectations and spoke very realistically, which made me trust him more. The best thing about having surgery with the director is that... they do not pack the nose with gauze, so recovery later is a bit more comfortable, but the downside is... it is comfortable later, but for me the surgery itself was a bit...hard.. They really only put you to sleep briefly for anesthesia, and for the entire surgery you have to stay awake with only local anesthesia. It seems like they are trying to minimize the risk because sleep anesthesia can be dangerous, and the swelling was definitely less. Still, with my disastrous first surgery, I went to sleep not even knowing which doctor was operating, and when I woke up everything was over. If you have surgery with the director, you know exactly who is operating and how the surgery is progressing, so that part is reassuring~ Near the end of the surgery, the anesthesia was wearing off, maybe I was just sensitive, but it was stinging and painful so when I was struggling, they comforted me and carried on with the surgery well..
