The consultation manager made the fake friendliness way too obvious from the start. Something like, women need competitive faces too.. I was a bit annoyed by those sexist and looksist remarks, but I let it go because she was the manager. But among all the staff I met there, I did not see a single one who was kind. Some just looked stern, and when I went to get my stitches removed, the counter was empty. It is hard to describe the staff atmosphere, but it was really bad. I waited about an hour just to get my stitches removed, and when I got home and checked how they had done it, one stitch from the front-eye corner incision was still left inside the inner side of the Mongolian fold.. At the time, I just decided to be satisfied that the director had come over and checked it during removal (which should be obvious, but..). The director was an okay person. I am just grateful there were no side effects, and I plan to live on.
