Maybe because they have already made a lot of money from YouTube......the explanation did not seem professional. And they talk too fast. I understand they want to save unnecessary time, but when it comes to the procedure, they do not seem sincere, as if they were speaking to my daughter. I think they need to be more sincere and provide explanations about side effects and what treatment they will give after surgery.
