It was peak season, so no matter how busy they were, there were more than 30 people waiting there, including companions, and even though I went 20 minutes before my appointment and had all the necessary scans done in advance, I still waited more than an hour past my appointment time, and the consultation ended in a hollow way without even seeing the director for 5 minutes. The consultation goes manager-director-manager, and when I first talked with the manager, I had to stand at the counter while all 30 people were looking at me, being asked what surgery I would get, and I had to decide whether or not to go ahead. The manager also strongly pushed the deposit. I had high expectations after watching YouTube, but they booked more people than they could handle within the time, made people wait over an hour, gave me less than 5 minutes with the director, and strongly pushed same-day deposit payment, so among the clinics I consulted, this one was the biggest disappointment.
