• The front desk was unfriendly and kept repeating scripted apologies • The nurse or staff member helping with the pre-op signature was also unfriendly (when I said I wanted to hear more before signing, they stared at me, literally stared at me, and kept urging me to just sign because it was a small thing and something they do all the time) • The manager used a half-polite, half-informal tone and treated me like a child • The doctor: the kindest person there. I wondered why the service staff had the worst service
