The director was incredibly kind. They tried to explain everything one by one, and among the places I had consulted with, the director was the kindest, so I thought I wanted to do it here. But the manager was a little less kind than the director, and since my consultation time was the last slot of the day, they kept saying I had to make a reservation or they could not help me... In many ways there was a lot of pressure, so it felt a bit burdensome. But I guess that is just how the hospital system is, so I accepted it. Still, the director kept adjusting my eye line and handling everything carefully, so I was really grateful.
