The manager's way of speaking during the consultation had a bit of a tough boutique-clerk older-sister vibe, but it also coexisted with a kind manner.. lol It seemed like a new manager was handling the consultation, and they kept stumbling over their words and rambling. My trust in hygiene dropped a bit after spotting two staff members wearing masks on their chins. In a time when everyone is sensitive about COVID, it was a shocking sight. There were truly a lot of people, and it felt like a market, but the waiting line moved faster than I expected. I had designated the director I wanted, but they said the surgery date was pushed back to early March, and if I could not do surgery after that, I would not be able to meet that director;; They said it would be possible if the date worked, so I went ahead with the director consultation, but the line was drawn much too casually, so it was hard to understand what kind of result it would be. A different clinic I had consulted earlier recommended an epicanthoplasty, but here they said it was not necessary. After the director consultation, the manager explained the rest, and they strongly pushed a deposit while mentioning price discounts for writing a review and booking on the same day. It was hard to get out of there.
