The desk staff, the manager, and the director were all kind. They told me in advance about procedures that did not need to be done, which made me trust them more. What was disappointing was that the director seemed to have a lot of surgeries. He looked extremely busy even at a glance. I liked that he was trying to do the best he could within that, but on the other hand, I started to wonder whether the hospital was scheduling too many appointments too aggressively.
