The staff and the doctors were all kind. But I came in for revision surgery consultation, and at one place they said the eye-opening correction had come undone, at another they said the double eyelid had come undone, so the situation was a bit confusing. When the director said the double eyelid had come undone, I said that at another clinic they said the eye-opening correction had come undone, so I did not know what surgery I needed. Then they answered something like, "In that case, let's do the eye-opening correction," which felt rather unprofessional, so the consultation did not feel very serious.
