Before going for the consultation, there was already quite a lot of waiting. Then while waiting, I had a consultation with the counselor, and instead of feeling friendly, it felt cold... After waiting quite a while, I had the consultation with the director, but again it felt like he was very busy.. He spoke extremely fast and only asked whether I had any questions, so I asked a few simple things and finished the consultation.
