Despite how busy they are, the staff and the manager are kind. But the wait... is a bit too long.. Even though I had a reservation, if the wait is this long... it is a little upsetting. The surgeon seems a bit blunt, but he explains things thoroughly. Even when I ask a lot of questions, he answers them well.
