After I had the 3-part contouring surgery here, my cheekbone and square jaw angles became asymmetric. Later I had revision surgery asking to correct only the cheekbones. As far as the doctor is concerned, when it came to the parts the patient pointed out as problematic after surgery, the attitude was vague and unpleasant, as if they found it bothersome and disliked it but were at the same time trying to accept it. (But this is separate from the surgical result. As for the square jaw angle, in my opinion there would be no answer here, so I did not even complain at all. And the important thing is that, during the pre-op consultation, the content I requested about the chin was ignored, and the surgery was done in a direction that reflected only the doctor's opinion, and I could feel that they were trying to gloss over it with vague explanations. This is true because the before-and-after CT images can be used to confirm the bone.) The result of the cheekbone revision was also not good, though of course more time is needed to see the full course. There were various problems besides the asymmetry. And some staff members openly criticized me loudly enough for everyone in the clinic to hear. Starting at the front desk, they blatantly called visiting patients troublemakers, and they did it every time I came in, from waiting to consultation, so I have clear facts and evidence. I do not know whether they meant me or someone else, but they had no hesitation in saying the word troublemaker loudly enough for everyone to hear, and they seemed very used to behaving that way. Also, the doctor could not clearly explain the before-and-after difference in the operated area, and while discussing the pre- and post-op CT images, they brought up the asymmetry of my original face. When I pointed out, while looking at the photos, that the left-right position of the bone-operated area was obviously different and that this asymmetry had not existed before surgery, they brushed it off by saying that in facial cosmetic surgery a difference of about 3 mm is not a big deal. (In the first place, I have no way to verify whether it was a 3 mm difference or a 1 cm difference.) Of course, I was also at fault for not saying anything after that.
In short, the result is something I truly regret, and I felt very dissatisfied and unhappy with everything, including the surgery and the aftercare. Personally, this is a clinic I regret very much in every way. Right now I do not have any other thoughts; I just desperately want to be taken back to how I looked before the surgery.
