I went there for nose surgery, but they only explained the contour and did not actually tell me what materials or methods would be used for the nose I wanted. They probably thought they were being casual, but at the end of every sentence they used profanity like damn, which was unpleasant. It felt like gaslighting. What really decided it was that they said I couldn't get functional rhinoplasty and that I didn't have a deviated septum. I went to an ENT clinic to check, and they were amazed, saying, how could a doctor look at the CT and say there was no deviated septum?
