The consultation went manager - director - manager, and because it is well known, there were many patients waiting, so there was some waiting in between.
What impressed me the most was how incredibly kind the manager was!! It was actually my first consultation, so I was very nervous, but they explained things well and gave me advice and tips, which helped me a lot haha
I was also satisfied with the director's consultation! He marked the line many times and made sure I could remember it, and clearly said that things that did not need to be done did not need to be done. He recommended only the minimum procedure needed for the style I wanted, which made me trust him a bit more.
I am still deciding too, but I wrote this in case it helps someone.
