I was really shocked that the hospital staff casually referred to a customer patient as 'that guy' in front of me, (and the manager was even a very young woman, looking like early to mid 20s) and it was easy to imagine how much harsher they are when they are only among themselves.
Disorganized, long waiting time, and a place that gave me the feeling I should not leave my surgery to them.
