When I went, it was January, so there were a lot of people. Even though I had made a reservation, I remember the schedule being pushed back a lot... First, the manager consulted with me and, while comparing different options to match the eye shape I wanted, she called out a height that was higher than I expected, around 9 mm, which surprised me. But looking back now, that would probably have been too much for me because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow. Anyway, after that I consulted with the doctor, but because there were so many people at the hospital, I kept getting the feeling that things were kind of chaotic. Still, I appreciated that they kept guiding me through the delays.
