I had forehead fat grafting and nose surgery at the same time. Both turned out well, so I'm satisfied. I asked for a natural look, so I wonder if I should have asked them to make it a little higher, and I slightly regret that lol I also like the shape of my nose!!! But when I had the nose surgery, they suggested adding epicanthoplasty too, so I said I'd think about it and didn't do it, then added epicanthoplasty later when I got my second fat grafting. After that, the doctor didn't seem very happy.. I got the impression of, "We're busy to death, do we really have to do something like epicanthoplasty?".. In the end, the epicanthoplasty doesn't show at all and there was basically no change.. It was insanely busy, almost like a surgery factory, and the recovery room had curtains with people packed tightly together.. I don't know what it's like now, maybe there aren't many Chinese patients anymore, but I didn't really get the feeling that they cared especially well.
