A friend had eye surgery here, so I went for a consultation. I went expecting to consult with the chief surgeon, but they said the chief surgeon does not handle eye surgery, so I consulted with the doctor Yang Hee-jae that my assigned manager recommended. (That manager had also said they themselves were treated by Dr. Yang.) The doctor was really kind and explained things in an interesting way, but the eye line that the manager had gotten from Dr. Yang was not the feeling I wanted, so I just had the consultation and left.
