I had contouring surgery here 3 years ago. At the time, I decided to go ahead after seeing a YouTuber [Brand A] post a review of contouring surgery and thinking it looked good. First of all, they were really unfriendly.. The doctor had this attitude of "I'm busy, so just tell me the essentials," and I was extremely taken aback. He was completely different from how he seemed on YouTube, and my mom, who came with me, was unhappy too.. The surgery somehow got finished, and when I got aftercare it was done carelessly. For example, if they were supposed to do it for 1 hour, they would do it for 40 minutes.. I got annoyed, wrote about it in the platform review I had reserved, and gave it a 3-point rating, then got phone-bombed the next day (I woke up to 10+ calls) and agreed to add one more care session, after which I deleted the review. Now, 3 years after surgery, I am fairly satisfied with my face.. It is not dramatic, but! And the YouTuber I went to see had deleted the review video by now, and afterward there were posts about facial sagging on several communities... I was uneasy for a long time because for 1 to 2 years it looked strange on the side, maybe swelling or sagging, and that YouTuber kept having negative posts come up while not showing the side view in videos. It is just a place that leaves a bad feeling.
