I got surgery from Dr. Kim Guirak 7 years ago. It was done with the septum, and I asked for a natural result, but when the splint came off, a much more glamorous nose than I expected appeared. But that nose suited me so well. Just having that one nose made my face look much smaller, and I loved it. I saw many review photos, but Dr. Guirak's designs are truly the best.
The problem was that from two months later, the tip of my nose gradually started to drop, and by around 6 months it had become a nose that really looked like nobody would know I had surgery At that time, as it was said to be a simple procedure, they added a little ear cartilage, but there was no change I had been expecting, and only my nose became rounder, making it even more natural-looking. I wanted a complete revision surgery even if it cost extra, but it was refused, and they said they would only charge the anesthesia fee and add one more layer of Alloderm. But I had heard that Alloderm would be absorbed anyway, so I did not get that surgery.
The director was very humane, and the advice not to touch my nose anywhere else really stayed with me. I was also busy with personal matters, so I just lived like that for 7 years, and in the end I had revision surgery at another hospital with donated rib cartilage.
