The staff were generally kind. However, even though I arrived on time for my appointment, the waiting time was longer than I expected, so it was a little boring. I went in for the procedure, and it seemed like a nurse or some staff member had made a typo in the chart, because while I was lying there to receive treatment, they kept scolding the staff and complaining, which made me feel bad too for no reason. I had a Fraxel treatment on the butterfly zone because of my pores, but it did not have as much effect as I expected.
