This was a factory-style clinic, so there was no consultation with a doctor and I spoke with the manager instead. The manager pushed package deals and the wait was really long. After washing my face myself, I waited so long in the waiting room that my face got so dry I felt like I was going to die, and only then did the procedure start. The Pico Toning procedure itself was satisfying. The female doctor was kind. But overall, rather than feeling cared for, I just felt like I was the next patient, so I do not think I will visit again.
