I got revision surgery, how does it look?

Before before after after after after after after after<from after the first surgery to 3 months> I had my first surgery, but I didn’t feel like I had gotten prettier, and I had a lot of regrets ㅠ so I just went ahead and got revision surgery. It’s not that I think surgery is easy, but no one even knew I’d had surgery, and I wasn’t satisfied, so I ended up getting revision surgery. I used autologous costal cartilage for the surgery, and after surgery I didn’t really have pain except for a slightly uncomfortable feeling. To the point where I kind of couldn’t understand why people say autologous costal cartilage hurts? It really didn’t hurt much. For some reason, whenever I’m in front of the director, I feel like I can’t say any of the things I wanted to say and just come back ㅋㅋㅋ Why am I like that? It must just be my personality, right? Even on the day of surgery, the director asked if there was anything I wanted, but I couldn’t say anything and just went into the operating room ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Still, the director handled it and did the surgery well. At first, on the day the splint came off, I was sad because it didn’t seem like a straight-slightly curved line ㅠ But they said you have to wait for the swelling to go down... so I just waited. Still, I could see that the nasal tip had gone up firmly. As time passed, it became the straight-slightly curved shape I had imagined, and what I regret is ㅠ should I have made it a little more glamorous?? I do think that. At first, I refused anything extremely glamorous because I was afraid it would look too dramatic, like a witch nose, but after surgery, maybe because I’m used to my nose now, I find myself thinking, if only it had been a bit more glamorous.... For people like me who keep things bottled up inside, since cosmetic surgery is something you live with for life, how about saying everything you want? How does it look? Would it have been okay if I had made it more glamorous?
