Among all the dermatology clinics and hospitals I have been to, this was the consultation that felt the least professional and least sincere. At other places, they explain things before I even ask and even check whether I have more questions. Here, they only answer briefly when I ask, and it feels like they want me to leave quickly. Is this a consultation or just Q&A? It feels like they are saying, do it if you want, or don't if you do not, and they do not even seem to understand the question properly, going off on a tangent.. And there was even irritation in the way they spoke. For the first time, I wondered why they were even working in patient service. Because of this, I ended up not going through with the procedure. The person with the short haircut was really nice though!
