After lower blepharoplasty at another hospital, I had hollowness under the eyes and lacked overall volume, so I had fat grafting. For several months I felt overly puffed up and it was stressful, but as time passed I became satisfied. After that, I was recommended thread lifting, and the postoperative care was also good. About 2 years later, everything had gone away, so I had fat grafting again twice. The later surgery didn’t have a dramatic effect. I think the effect decreases as you get older.
