Since it was a procedure, I went expecting more of a skin-care feeling, but it definitely seems to make the skin better. My skin was absolutely a total mess, but after going regularly split across 10 sessions, it definitely improved starting around session 6. The staff also took care of me sincerely without showing even a hint of annoyance
