I was 10 minutes late for the consultation time, but I still think I got seen faster than at other hospitals.. At other hospitals, even with a reservation, it's like a 1-hour wait? The director explained things well and was kind. I had a lot of deliberation because this was a secondary canthoplasty, but I trust the director's expertise and am planning to book the surgery right away~~ The kindness here gets 10 stars out of 10 among the hospitals I've been to. As a patient, I think I'd be moved.
