The consultation took 20 minutes in total: manager - doctor - manager. I told the manager about my concerns and the eye shape I wanted. Then the doctor came in and first explained the eyelids and double eyelids. Getting the basic explanation about the eyes first made it easier to understand the consultation. They did not say everything was possible without limits, and that gave me trust. They answered questions in detail (Doctor Lee Jung-min). Overall, they were pretty standard and kind
