I had booked chin filler and arrived 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled time. Because I came too early, they said I would have to wait a bit, so I said okay and waited, but even when my time came they didn't call my name, so I just kept waiting quietly. There were so many people there, so I figured they were busy. I waited another 30 minutes. Then I saw people who came later than me finish their procedures and leave, so I went to the counter and asked when I would be taken in for the procedure. They said, while not even looking at me because they were busy with their own work, that they would call me when it was my turn. I said okay and waited another 30 minutes, thinking I'd be called soon. I couldn't stand it anymore and was so annoyed that I went to the counter and confronted them, and only then did the manager come out. In less than 5 minutes the procedure was done^^ haha, my 1 hour 30 minutes.. lol....
