I had Ulthera, and there was a bit of a wait, but after applying anesthetic cream, the procedure was done while the area was numbed. They showed me the difference in effect between the side that had Ulthera and the side that had not. They were kind, and the pain was not too severe, but for about a day or two afterward I was swollen.
