I had a very prominent hump nose, but I was scared of osteotomy and kept whining T_T Other hospitals can get a bit sharp or annoyed, but only the director here explained in great detail why it had to be done. They said if I really did not want it, I didn't have to, but then there would be these limitations and these drawbacks. I was convinced enough, and since they said they would make it as painless as possible, I went ahead with the osteotomy. In the end, I think it was the right decision. I really like how much my nose changed.
