The nose I wanted had a somewhat high tip, so while consulting I was told that with just septal cartilage or ear cartilage, it might be difficult. I wondered if surgery might not be possible at all, but they said it would be possible with donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. Since it was my first surgery, I still didn't really want to use my own rib cartilage if I could avoid it, so I decided on donated costal cartilage, and the doctor said they shaved down the dorsal hump a lot during surgery haha I sort of got all the explanations and had the surgery, so I was able to decide clearly without getting a headache haha Even though it wasn't cheap at least the fact that the representative surgeon personally performs the operation seems good.
