The director was really kind and explained everything in detail. At the time, it was a consultation that truly inspired trust. He spoke very well, so I had the surgery on the same day. The staff were kind too, and the aftercare was good. However, even now, a year and a half after the surgery, there is still a scar under the nostril. It is not hugely noticeable, but people who know can tell that I had alar reduction, so I regret it quite a lot T_T
