The director was kind, and my nostrils also became much smaller. I first did the non-incisional method and then an incisional one, but the non-incisional method loosened too quickly so I had it redone with stronger threads, and it loosened again T_T The swelling was enormous and it hurt... Definitely go with the incisional method, you will not regret it. The scar is not very noticeable.
