Overall, the clinic environment is not hygienic. There was very visible contamination on the patient bed sheet. There was no prior notice about the consultation fee, but as soon as it looked like I was not going to go through with anything, they demanded a consultation fee. After I complained, they said they would not charge it. It felt like a factory. When I asked whether the cheekbones would get bigger, they said the cheekbones would get even smaller? It did not feel trustworthy.
