About 15 years ago, after a cheekbone surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong, I developed a step deformity, a side effect. When contour surgery is done, a secondary angle does appear. It wasn't just a minor side effect that I personally noticed, because a coworker asked why my head looked like that, so I kept covering it with my hair. For that reason I considered fat grafting, but the sleep anesthesia I experienced during a previous cosmetic surgery was personally terrifying and a bad experience, so I didn't go on to any other surgery afterward. In the end, I wanted to leave this post because the step deformity after the cheekbone surgery disappeared after thread lifting plus filler, and I'm grateful. It has been about one year since the procedure, and the secondary angle is no longer visible like before. I don't know whether it will return as time passes, but they healed a major complex for me. After the procedure, I had very little facial fat, so even if I went to work the next day there was no noticeable change or swelling, and although it was scary to feel the thread going in during the surgery, I had no pain or side effects afterward.
