Eye Surgery Considerations

Mediline community review

I went for a Thermage consultation. I was thinking of getting the procedure if it could be done after the consultation, but after I mentioned things like midface pores and laxity, they told me Thermage isn't suitable if you're aiming for improvement in just one area, and sent me away lol I wasn't expecting it to create a raised effect like filler, just some improvement in firmness, but they said it probably wouldn't suit me, which caught me off guard. Because Mediline had published ads and articles saying Thermage has skin-firming benefits, so saying it would probably not help with nasolabial-area laxity didn't make sense to me. A dermatologist at another clinic had previously recommended Thermage to me because it helps reduce pores and improve firmness. The consultation was short, unfriendly, and I felt it wasn't as professional as I expected. I got the impression that, as a doctor, they lacked confidence and were very defensive. For the record, the staff doing the consultation were kind. In the end, I got Thermage at another clinic, and my skin became firmer and looked better. From the review posts, it seems like a place famous for contour injections, but for Thermage... they advertised themselves as a specialized clinic, yet the consultation was unfriendly and seemed unprofessional, so I do not recommend it.
