I just got it done cheaply because I had once wanted to try filler after all, and then the bulging look was a bit unpleasant to see. Anyway, it wasn't the chief director but a very young-looking director came in. They asked whether I'd also had my upper cheeks done, and I said no, then it went well. Kindness was average, but I wasn't expecting much... Still, they seemed to take a careful look.
